The purchase is a contract once you have received confirmation of your order from Janet Reger.  by email, telephone or in writing. An order may be cancelled up to 7 days after confirmation and any payments made will be refunded in full. If goods have already been dispatched to you then all items must be returned to us before a refund can be issued. Only garments returned in perfect condition, unworn and the original packaging will be accepted for refund. Please see our returns policy.

8. Third Party delivery. Every effort is made by Naughty Janet to fulfil and dispatch every order with greatest expediency. Once goods have been dispatched it is the responsibility of the third party carry.
