How to order

Step one – find an item

There are 3 ways to find and choose items for purchase:
            a.         Browse all collections
            b.         Find specific item types
            c.         Find collections which feature your favourite fun fetish

a. Browse all collections

• Select ‘all collections’ from the main menu.
• Rollover the small images shown –a description which will give you a hint about the style of the collection appears on the right of the screen.
• Click on any image, and you will be taken to the screen showing the items and colours, which comprise that collection.

b. Find a particular item

• Choose the item from the drop down menu – for example basque or tanga.
• The gallery of small pictures now displayed will show ONLY the collections which include that item.
• Click on any image, and you will be taken to the screen showing the items and colours which comprise that collection.

c. Find collections which feature your favourite fun fetish

• If you’re looking for something which has a special feature – for example “peek-a-boo” or “jewelling” - select one of the topics from the ‘fetish and fun’ menu
• The gallery of small pictures now displayed will show all the collections that have that feature. Click on any image, and you will be taken to the screen showing the items and colours which comprise that collection.

Step two – select colour & size and add to your basket

• Once you’ve decided on your purchase on a collection screen, select the colour option and then the item, selecting the size from the drop-down menu.
• The item is instantly added to your basket.
• Now you can choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
• If you continue shopping you can always see the total value of the times in your basket at the top right of the screen.

Step three - change items in your shopping basket

• To view the items in your basket simply click on ‘view basket’ in the main menu, or ‘view’ beside the basket total shown at the top of the screen.
• You can change the quantity of an item or delete it on the ‘shopping basket’ screen.
• Once you’ve decided on your final selection, simply click on ‘checkout’ and follow the step-by-step instructions.

If for any reason the items you have ordered are not in stock we will endeavour to contact you immediately and suggest any alternatives we may have. However if you do not wish to take any of the alternatives suggested a special order can be placed for any unavailable items, which can take 4-6 weeks.

Sizing Guides

Bras – The design of many Naughty Janet bras means that cup size is not relevant. Simply select the basic bra size.

Tangas – All Naughty Janet tangas and thongs are adjustable.

Care

PLEASE NOTE that Naughty Janet garments must be handled with love and care. These items are fragile and should be treated as body jewels.
And please remember, whether you're putting your thong on yourself or having it removed by another during a wild escapade, Diamantes and Pearls can be dangerous if swallowed.
Otherwise have fun!

Fabrics

All Naughty Janet garments are made from pure silk, real pearls, Swarovski crystals, rubber and high quality trims or top quality man-made fibres.

Washing Instructions

Please hand wash all Naughty Janet items using a mild detergent (such as Lux or Stergene) in luke warm water to retain the colour and ensure long life

Ironing

Pure Silk is best handled with a relatively hot iron (Silk Setting) and ironed on the reverse side. Man-Made materials and lace should be ironed with a cool iron.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return your purchase we will gladly offer a full refund (excluding the postage charge) or exchange. All we ask is that you return the unused items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. Any returned items are at the customer's expense.

Please note, due to their intimate nature, items such as briefs and tangas must be returned with the gusset protectors and any other protective wrapping in place.

It is advisable to keep a proof of postage certificate, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

To access My Account simply enter your email address and password you use when you purchase items from the Naughty Janet website.  Forgotten your password?

Here's a summary of what My Account can do for you:

In the Personal Details section, you can make changes to your current address, telephone number and email address.

If you would like to change your My Account password, click through to the Change Password section. We will confirm any changes you make via email.

You can update your own address details and add, edit or delete alternative delivery addresses in the Addresses section.
